Franke wire raceways can be applied to almost any aluminium profile. This means that you are free to choose which profile you would ideally like to use for your application.

Linear guide with individual cassette shape

Individual cassette designs

Cassettes and roller shoes can be designed as you need them for your application. For example, holders for drive spindles can be integrated.

Length from 64 mm to ∞

Franke manufactures guide rails from 64 mm up to a length of 4,000 mm. Lifting distances over 4,000 mm are realized by coupling several rail profiles.

Individual linear guides

U-shaped special profile made of aluminium with protected internal tracks. The carriage is specially adapted to the profile and has external rollers in a crosswise arrangement.

The entire unit is optimally protected against environmental influences and is driven by a toothed belt.

Assembly consisting of a movable special profile with integrated tracks and two fixed special carriages.

All standard aluminium profiles can be used as guide rails for series production requirements.

Equipped with hardened running wires and combined with customised carriages or roller shoe pairs, individual linear guideways are created that are precisely tailored to your requirements.
